A La Crosse college student is missing, and authorities are considering whether to search the Mississippi River after footprints were found on the ice. Twenty-one-year-old Craig J. Meyers of Western Technical College was last seen Sunday at 2 a.m. Police say Meyers spent Saturday night at a wedding reception and drinking at two bars.
